Applicability: 1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed with Socialmediafollowers and govern the legal relationship between Socialmediafollowers and the customer. 1.2 By placing an order with Socialmediafollowers, the Customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions and the Customer waives his/her right of withdrawal.
Delivery: 2.1 Socialmediafollowers strives to deliver orders within 24 hours. If for any reason delivery takes longer than 7 days, the customer is eligible for a refund, except in situations beyond Socialmediafollowers' control. 2.2 Customer acknowledges that Socialmediafollowers is not liable for any damages to his/her account.
Private Account: 3.1 If the customer's account, post or video is set to private at the time of ordering, the order is automatically considered completed. The customer should contact himself if the followers have not been delivered. In this case, the customer is not entitled to a refund.
Refund and refill: 4.1 The rules regarding refund and refill are described in Socialmediafollowers' refund policy.

Fraudulent Disputes: 6.1 By purchasing our service, the customer acknowledges and agrees that they clearly understand what is being purchased and that no fraudulent disputes will be submitted through the payment processor.
Modification or Withdrawal of Service: 7.1 Socialmediafollowers reserves the right, at any time and without notice, to modify, suspend or withdraw, in whole or in part, the Service or any content thereof, without liability.
Verification of Terms and Conditions: 8.1 It is the sole responsibility of the customer to regularly check whether the terms and conditions have been modified.
